Two people with the same flat pillar often need opposite advice. One is built to decide fast and correct course as they go. The other gets it wrong every single time they try that, and does far better letting the right thing come to them first.
Your chart is how we tell which one you are, so the plan we build fits how you actually operate rather than how somebody else does.
It is a decision-making framework, not a personality quiz. Your chart is calculated from your exact birth date, time and place, and it maps how you take in information, where your energy is reliable, where it is not, and how you are built to decide.
The part that matters most is your Type. There are five, and each one has a different way of making good decisions. We name both the classic Human Design term and the Quantum Human Design term, because the pair translates more easily than either name alone.

An Alchemist who forces themselves to initiate like an Initiator burns out and calls it a discipline problem. An Orchestrator who chases volume the way an Alchemist can gets exhausted and calls it a motivation problem. Neither is a character flaw. They are both the wrong instruction manual.

That matters here because a chart on its own is just a diagram. Plenty of places will generate one for you. The useful part is someone who can look at yours next to your actual numbers and tell you what to do differently on Monday, and that is the part Jen is trained for.

It needs three things: your birth date, your birth time, and your birth place. Birth time matters more than people expect, because it sets a good deal of the chart. Use your birth certificate if you can find it. If you cannot, put in your best estimate and say so on your call, and we will work around the uncertainty.
